Indiana Lou Lazuli

Offering: Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Stress Release Massage, Face Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Aromatherapy Massage, Acupressure

Indiana, with many years of professional experience, offers a unique style of massage that blends the best of western Sports Massage - including Deep Tissue massage - with intuitive touch and energy work. Indiana works very specifically with your muscles to release tension, improve mobility, and support recovery, while also tuning into what your body needs on a deeper level.

With a strong understanding of anatomy and movement, Indiana works with muscles, fascia, and connective tissue to release chronic tension, improve range of motion, and support injury recovery. Treatments can be especially beneficial for clients experiencing sciatica and trapped nerve issues, back, neck, and shoulder pain, chronic pains, sports-related strain or long-term muscular tightness.

Each session is guided by careful listening - both to you and to your body’s subtle cues. Some appointments focus on targeted, therapeutic work to address specific issues. Others may incorporate slower, more grounding techniques that calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for emotional and physical reset.

Liana Riaposova

Offering Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Swedish Massage, Indian Head Massage, Back & Shoulder Massage, Feet Massage, Stress Release Massage and Natural Beauty Facials.

Liana specialises in lymphatic drainage massage - to stimulate the lymphatic system. This can help reduce swelling and fluid retention, support immune function, improve circulation, and encourage the body’s natural detoxification processes. It’s particularly beneficial after illness, surgery (where appropriate), or during times when the body feels sluggish or inflamed.

Liana also offers Swedish massage, using smooth, flowing strokes and light-to-moderate pressure to encourage deep relaxation and relieve everyday tension.

Her sessions are ideal if you’re feeling stressed, fatigued, or simply in need of time to unwind. Swedish massage supports healthy circulation, eases muscular tightness, and promotes an overall sense of wellbeing without the intensity of deeper remedial work.

In addition Liana provides indulgent facial treatments that nourish, restore, and revitalise your skin. Using premium products and expert techniques, each facial is customised to leave your skin feeling refreshed, radiant, and beautifully balanced.

From Sports Massage to Lymphatic Drainage, Stevenage

Sports Massage

This treatment is perfect for anyone with muscle tension, postural strain, or an active lifestyle - you certainly don’t have to be an athlete to benefit. It combines deep tissue techniques with stretching, mobilisation, and targeted muscle work to address specific areas of concern. Sports or remedial massage helps relieve muscular strain, improve flexibility, and support faster recovery from exercise or injury. It can also play a preventative role by identifying and treating tension patterns before they develop into more serious issues. Each session is tailored to your activity level, goals, and what your body needs on the day.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to release chronic tension and stubborn knots. Using slow, sustained pressure and targeted techniques, it works into areas that hold long-term tightness, often caused by stress, repetitive strain, or injury.

This treatment helps improve blood flow, break down scar tissue, and restore healthier movement patterns. While it can feel intense at times, it is always applied with care and communication to ensure it remains effective and manageable. Deep tissue massage is ideal for those dealing with ongoing muscular discomfort, restricted mobility, or recovery from physical strain.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

Lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle, rhythmic treatment designed to stimulate the flow of lymph fluid towards the lymph nodes, where toxins and waste products are filtered out. It works primarily on the skin and superficial layers of tissue using extremely light pressure and precise movements. Many clients describe the experience as deeply relaxing and almost meditative. However, its benefits go far beyond relaxation. This functional treatment can help reduce swelling and fluid retention, support immune function, improve circulation, and enhance skin health. It is particularly beneficial after illness, surgery (when appropriate), or during times when the body feels sluggish or inflamed.

Sciatica Massage

Sciatica massage focuses on relieving the pain, tingling, or numbness caused by irritation or compression of the sciatic nerve, which runs from the lower back down through the legs. This treatment combines deep tissue, myofascial release, and targeted stretching techniques to ease tension in the lower back, glutes, hamstrings, and surrounding muscles that may be contributing to nerve compression. By reducing muscular tightness and improving mobility in the lower back and hips, sciatica massage can help alleviate discomfort, restore function, and support the body’s natural healing processes. Sessions are tailored to each client’s level of pain and sensitivity, making it a safe and effective way to manage chronic sciatica or flare-ups.

Trapped Nerve Massage

Trapped nerve massage is designed to relieve discomfort caused by nerves that are compressed or irritated by surrounding muscles, fascia, or connective tissue. This treatment uses a combination of gentle stretching, soft tissue release, and targeted pressure to release tension and create space around the affected nerve. It can be applied to any area of the body - commonly the neck, shoulders, arms, or lower back - depending on where the nerve is affected. Along with easing pain, numbness, or tingling, trapped nerve massage improves circulation, promotes proper alignment, and supports overall mobility. The goal is to restore comfort, reduce nerve irritation, and help prevent future recurrence.

Stress Release Massage

Stress release massage combines flowing strokes with calming, rhythmic techniques to ease both mental and physical tension. The pace is slower and more soothing, encouraging the nervous system to shift out of “fight or flight” mode and into a state of rest and repair. Often enhanced with carefully selected aromatherapy oils, this treatment helps quiet a busy mind, relax tight muscles, and restore a sense of balance. It’s ideal if you’re feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or simply in need of dedicated time to unwind.

Reflexology (Foot Massage)

Reflexology is based on the principle that specific points on the feet correspond to different organs and systems within the body. By applying gentle but precise pressure to these reflex points, the treatment aims to stimulate natural healing responses and restore balance. In addition to encouraging deep relaxation, reflexology can improve circulation, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing. Many clients find it both grounding and surprisingly powerful, as the feet contain thousands of nerve endings connected throughout the body.

Aromatherapy Massage

Aromatherapy massage combines the therapeutic benefits of touch with the healing properties of essential oils. Each blend is carefully chosen to suit your needs - whether you’re looking to relax, uplift your mood, ease muscular tension, or reduce anxiety. The massage itself uses flowing, soothing techniques to enhance the absorption of the oils while calming the nervous system. This treatment works on both a physical and emotional level, leaving you feeling relaxed, balanced, and gently restored.

Facial Massage

Facial massage is a rejuvenating treatment that blends sculpting facial techniques with gentle lymphatic drainage movements. It helps to lift and tone facial muscles, improve circulation, and encourage the natural removal of excess fluid. The treatment can reduce puffiness, soften tension in the jaw and temples, and promote a healthy, radiant glow. Beyond the visible benefits, it’s also deeply relaxing - calming the mind while refreshing and revitalising the skin.

Anti-Cellulite Massage

Anti-cellulite massage uses firm, stimulating techniques designed to boost circulation and encourage lymphatic flow in targeted areas. Through rhythmic pressure and specialised movements, it helps break down fatty deposits and improve skin texture. With consistent sessions, this treatment can reduce the appearance of cellulite, improve skin tone, and leave the treated areas feeling smoother and more energised. It is often combined with lifestyle advice for enhanced results.

Hot Stone Massage

Hot stone massage uses warm, smooth basalt stones placed on key areas of the body and incorporated into the massage itself. The heat penetrates deeply into the muscles, allowing tension to melt away more quickly and enabling deeper work with less discomfort. The warmth promotes relaxation, improves circulation, and soothes the nervous system. This treatment is perfect if you enjoy heat and are looking for a deeply calming yet effective way to relieve muscular tightness.

Indian Head Massage

Indian head massage focuses on the scalp, neck, shoulders, and upper back - areas where stress and tension commonly build up. Using a combination of rhythmic movements and pressure techniques, it helps release tightness and improve circulation to the head and scalp. This treatment can help reduce headaches, ease eye strain, promote better sleep, and even improve hair condition by stimulating the scalp. It’s a wonderful option if you carry stress in your upper body or spend long hours at a desk.

Swedish Massage

Swedish massage is a classic, gentle full-body treatment using long, flowing strokes and light-to-moderate pressure. It’s designed to relax the nervous system, improve circulation, and ease general muscle tension. This massage is ideal if you’re new to massage therapy or simply looking for a calming, restorative experience. It leaves you feeling lighter, more relaxed, and deeply refreshed — both physically and mentally.
