Dr Anna Palmer
Treating: musculoskeletal pains and injuries including back pain, neck pain, knee pains, achilles, sprained ankles, tennis elbow, headaches and many more.
Also providing chiropractic care for babies and children.
Anna has always had a passion and interest to learn about the body, how it works and how it heals. As a teenager, Anna trained in Dance, Basketball, Athletics and was a keen amateur dramatist. So, studying a Batchelor in Education degree in Physical Education at Bedford was a great way to combine all her interests. However, the passion for wanting to help people ‘get better’ never left and it was when she had her third child that she first learnt about chiropractic.
“My first experience of chiropractic was in 2008 when I took my very unsettled 4 month old baby to see a McTimoney chiropractor. After the first adjustment, the difference was profound...for the first time since she was born she just fell asleep in my arms..no endless rocking or swaddling required. From that day onward, as a family we have all benefited from regular treatment. Following that, I took the almighty leap and began my studies in a Masters of Chiropractic at the McTimoney College in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, whilst continuing my day job as a teacher at Simon Balle School."
Since completing her MChiro qualification, Anna has set up her own clinic in Hertford and is excited to now also be working for Nova Natural Health Clinic. She has completed her initial training in chiropractic for babies and provides holistic chiropractic care for all ages using the McTimoney chiropractic technique.
